GARRISON KEILLOR'S A PRAIRIE HOME COMPANION SUMMER LOVE TOUR HITS THE ROAD AGAIN

Keillor and company are back on the bus for another coast to coast concert series this summer.

On August 12, 2011 Garrison Keillor’s A Prairie Home Companion Summer Love Tour kicks off for another cross-country tour that will take the popular radio host and his pals from East Coast to West Coast, with a stop at Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theater.

The concert tours will consist of evenings of passionate duets, hot jazz, Catchup, English Majors and Poesy and feature singer Sara Watkins, the Guy’s All-Star Shoe Band and sound effects wizard Mr. Fred Newman.

While these are not APHC broadcast shows, they will include many favorite Prairie Home Companion elements — Guy Noir Private Eye, the Cowboys Dusty and Lefty, and each evening will include all the latest News from Lake Wobegon.
